Account Deletion

We respect your privacy and provide a simple way to delete your account and associated data from the TRYODO platform.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion using any of the following methods:

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Log in to the TRYODO mobile app, go to your Profile tab, and click on the Delete Account button at the bottom of the page. This is the fastest way to deactivate your account.

2. Email Request

Send an email from your registered email address to support@tryodo.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered phone number for verification.

What Happens Next?

• Your account will be immediately deactivated.
• Your personal profile data (name, email, phone) will be removed from our active marketing and operational databases.
• We are required by law to retain certain financial and transactional records (such as order history and invoices) for a period of time to comply with accounting and tax regulations.
• Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
